Guide to working with support organisations in KA1 VET mobility
Within the Erasmus+ Programme, National Agencies in each participating country define and regulate the role of support organisations (also referred to as intermediary organisations) in KA1 learning mobility, particularly in the field of Vocational Education and Training (VET).
This role is explicitly addressed in the Erasmus+ Programme Guide, in the section:
“Accredited projects for mobility of learners and staff in vocational education and training” (page 96 of the 2026 English version), where it explains how these organisations can act as accredited partners or collaborators in mobility projects for learners and staff.
The official guide establishes the general conditions for the participation of support organisations, including quality requirements, accreditation, and coordination with the beneficiary organisation (sending organisation).

Learning Agreement
A Learning Agreement defines the expected learning outcomes of a mobility period, how these outcomes will be achieved, and the roles and responsibilities of the participant, the sending organisation, and the host organisation.
It is a key document to ensure quality and to create transparency and trust between all parties involved in a mobility activity.
Europass Mobility
Official template used to certify learning outcomes and competences acquired during Erasmus+ mobility periods (including VET internships abroad).
It is recommended for post-mobility recognition and is currently undergoing digitalisation (EDC 2025–2026).
